Shipping Policy

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders SGD 200 and above
  • Shipping Fee: SGD 7 for orders below SGD 200
  • Delivery Time: Within 1-3 business days across Singapore
  • Order Tracking: Track information about your order’s journey to you will be provided via email
  • International Orders: We currently only ship domestically. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us at hello@somniabedding.com for special arrangements.

Return Policy

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • To start a return, you can contact us at hello@somniabedding.com.
  • Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Hygiene
To ensure the highest hygiene standards, we do not accept returns for products that have been opened, used or tampered with. This policy ensures that every SOMNIA product you receive from us is brand new and has not been recycled or used before.

Unopened Packaging
Returns are accepted only if the product SOMNIA product is in its original, unopened packaging.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving our products, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
