Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping: Available on all orders above $150
• Shipping Fee: $7 for orders below $150
• Delivery Time: Within 1-3 business days across Singapore
• Order Tracking: Track information about your order’s journey to you will be provided via email
• International Orders: We currently only ship domestically. If you are an international customer, please reach out to us at hello@somniabedding.com for special arrangements.

Free Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your SOMNIA product. If something doesn’t feel quite right, we’re here to help.

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be in like-new condition (no stains, odours or damage).
• To start a return, you can contact us at hello@somniabedding.com.
• Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving our products, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and rectify the issue.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
